Automatic fried pellet snacks exxtruder machine production line mainly uses corn flour and other grains as raw materials. The mixture is heated under pressure, extruded through a mold, and then made using a molding machine. After frying, the product is rolled with the required seasoning. This production line can make different kinds of fried snacks, such as rice crusts, crispy bugle, and Doritos, according to changes in molds and manufacturing processes. The product is crispy and less oily.

1. If your raw material is rice or other cereal, firstly you need grinder machine to milling them.

2. After milling machine, we need mixer machine to mix different materials, stir well the materials.

3.Materials are carriesd to extruder by screw convery. In extruder machine, materials is extruded and expanded, and get products.

4.Then cut the product into required length and shape.

5. After that, products are carried to fryer to fry them.

6. After fry process,using single drum to flavor the food.

7.last,using cooling machine to cool down the temperature products.
