Process of Fried Pellet Snacks Extruder Production Line
1. If your raw material is rice or other cereal, firstly you need grinder machine to milling them.
2. After milling machine, we need mixer machine to mix different materials, stir well the materials.
3. Materials are carriesd to extruder by screw convery. In extruder machine, materials is extruded and expanded, and get products.
4. Then cut the product into required length and shape.
5. After that, products are carried to fryer to fry them.
6. After fry process, using single drum to flavor the food.
7. Last, using cooling machine to cool down the temperature products.
