Mixers

Process of Pet Food Production Line
Though different pet types determine that the details are different from the machines, the main machines are the same. The main machines are crushing machine, mixing machine, animal feed pellet machine, pet food pellet crumbler, pet feed cooling machine, pet feed pellet packaging machine.
Crushing Process
Raw material crushing machine is needed if the size of the raw material exceeds 6mm. You can put the raw materials into the mixer directly if they meet the requirement.
Mixing Process
This process can sufficiently blend the crushed raw materials and further improve the pellet quality during pelleting. So this step is to prepare for the next.
Pelletizing Process
This process is important in the whole pet feed pellet plant. The mixed raw materials flow into the animal feed pellet machine from the mixer and then be made into pet food pellets through extrusion.
Cooling Process
The pellet cooler is mainly used for reducing the pellet temperature and moisture content.
Pellet Crumbling Process
Different pets eat different sizes of pet food pellets, so the pellet crumbler can make different sizes of pellets you need.
Pellet Packing Process
In order to store and transport, the packaging machine is necessary. This machine can automatically weigh and pack the pet food pellets into bags.
(1)When using ingredients such as meat and fish, pay attention to temperature management to prevent bacterial growth.
(2)Remove foreign objects through visual inspection, use magnets and sieves, metal detectors and other methods to prevent damage to the digestive tracts of cats and dogs.

(4)Watch out for insufficient degassing, container deformation, and contents protruding into the sealed portion.
(5)To prevent the growth of microorganisms, sterilization should begin within a certain time after thawing raw materials or removing them from the refrigerator.
(6)Safe sterilization under certain conditions (temperature, time, pressure) to prevent the survival of microorganisms.
(7)Confirm that the residual chlorine concentration remains at the standard level.
