corn curls extruder machine mainly use corn grits as raw material,to produce twisted strip snack with extreme crispy taste. After mixing with water,extruded by the extruder to form the iregular curls shape,then passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths,according to different customers' requirements,at last fried or baked and flavored,The final products are delicious, crispy and retain the taste and nutrients of the raw material.

Raw Material

Corn, rice, millets, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients. Please note that all the materials should be in powder (flour) or grits form.
