     The difference between the wet extruder and the dry extruder is that it can not only mix the feed with steam in the conditioner, add water to condition it, but also add steam to the steam adding holes of each section of the equipment in the extruder chamber, and some can be fed in the extruder. There is also a water-adding device at the feed port, which can add a certain amount of water according to different puffed materials. At the same time, in order to control the temperature of each section of the puffing chamber, each section of the pipe sleeve is equipped with a water-cooled jacket, and the puffed material has a relatively low moisture content. High, it needs to be dried first and then cooled. The wet extruder can also be used as a dry extruder, but the screw head needs to be replaced.
