1. **Powder Mixer:** An appropriate amount of water is added to the mixing bowl to ensure all raw materials are thoroughly mixed. 2. **Feeder:** This device gently and quickly conveys the mixed raw materials to the extruder hopper. 3. **Extruder (Blower):** This machine operates under high temperature and pressure, utilizing screw extrusion technology. By adjusting the process parameters, it can be used to produce a wide variety of pet food. Furthermore, products of different shapes can be manufactured simply by changing the die. 4. **Cooling Conveyor:** The products are conveyed via a cooling conveyor system. Immediately after exiting the extruder, the products are rapidly cooled, solidified, and shaped, facilitating subsequent cutting. 5. **Cutter:** This device cuts the products into different sizes according to customer specifications or market requirements, simplifying subsequent packaging. 6. Conveyor: This device transports the processed products to the drying oven. Multi-layer drying oven: This oven typically features an electric heating design, and its temperature can be precisely adjusted via a control panel within an adjustable range of 0 to 200°C. The oven's interior contains a double-layer stainless steel mesh belt, designed to minimize feed pellet loss, maintain moisture levels, improve cooking/maturing, and extend product shelf life. 8. Packaging machine: Depending on specific requirements, a manual sealing machine or an automatic filling and packaging machine can be selected for the packaging process.

1. Our extruder is equipped with a temperature control system: the desired temperature can be set using the control knob on the controller. After setting, the machine automatically begins heating. When the temperature reaches or exceeds the set value, the machine automatically stops heating.

2. The main motor, feeding motor, and cutting motor use a three-phase speed regulation system with a frequency converter, which simplifies operation and allows for more precise motor speed control.

3. The machine has five heating zones, all equipped with cooling systems. The operator can more precisely control the cylinder temperature, improving productivity and the quality of the final product.
