*Direct chewing teether stick: with gelatinized starch and glutinous rice flour as the main raw materials, the hard chewing teether stick produced by Chenyang series single-screw extruder is equipped with edible glue, meat powder, essence, animal fat and other materials. In addition, by changing the mould, we can also use the same equipment to produce different shapes and types of pet snack food: twist chewing sticks, sandwich chewing gummies, sandwich stick TVs and shapes can be chosen at will. According to the nature of the customer's raw materials, two continuous extrusions can be selected to produce better new dog chew products.

*Die-cast skin and bone: The raw materials are cooked and pressed into small particles through an extruder. Then through the vertical die-casting machine, through the configuration of molds of different shapes, new products such as bone shapes and toothbrushes can be produced.

1. Flour mixer: add a certain proportion of water to the raw materials (starch, corn flour, colloid, glycerin and vegetable oil, etc.) and mix well.
2. Feeding machine: The motor is used as the power to convey the screw, and the mixed raw materials are conveyed to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
3. Single-screw extruder: In the high-temperature and high-pressure environment and the extrusion of the screw, the mold can be replaced by adjusting the different feeds in the production department, and the specific particle size and shape. Due to the different production processes of dog chews and dog food, single-screw extrusion requires precise temperature control, and all screw machine barrels use a water temperature control system.
4. Cooling and transportation: After the mold comes out, the surface of the product is wet, and it is cooled and conveyed by traction, which is convenient for later cutting.
5. Cutting machine: Cut the gum into different sizes according to the requirements, and control the length of the product by adjusting the distance of the eccentric wheel. The operation is simple, easy to learn and understand.

1. The machine has a temperature control display: set the temperature of the extruder through the knob, when the temperature reaches the set value, the heating work will stop automatically to prevent excessive expansion.

2. The main motor, feeding motor, and cutter motor adopt three-frequency frequency conversion speed regulation, which is convenient to control the motor speed.

3. The heating is divided into 5 zones, each zone has cooling, the temperature control of the barrel is more accurate, and the product status is better.
