Kurkure Cheetos Nik Naks Machine
Cheetos products are mainly made of corn and water mixed and heated, and pressed by professional molds, which have a special taste. There are mainly two types of fried and dried products. In terms of craftsmanship, it is a snack made of cheese-flavored puffed corn flour, which is a kind of potato chips. Cheetos’ promotion methods have also derived cultural phenomena such as Cheetos mascots and Cheetos circle games.

Fried Type:
First, mix the raw materials with a powder mixer, and then transport the raw materials to the extruder with a screw feeder. The raw material is heated in an extruder, cured, and cut into shapes. The product waste is then screened out with a trommel. The complete product will be transported by elevator to the fryer for frying. After frying, excess oil needs to be removed with a vibration deoiler. Finally, the fried products are sent to the drum by the elevator for seasoning
