Non-fried production line:

This is a production line layout, just for your reference. Our production line can be installed in straight line, or in L/U shape. Our engineer can design the production line layout for you according to the real sitruation of your factory.

 

Fried production line:

Mixer - Screw conveyor - Extruder - Piercing machine - Cutting machine - vibration screen - Dryer - Fried machine - Mid hoister - Single flavoring drum

Q: Are your machines independently developed and produced?

A: Yes, we have a strong technical team, including first-level and second-level engineers. And we have our own production workshop and factory.

Q: What if something goes wrong after purchase or the product we want cannot be produced by your machine?

A: After the production is finished, we will conduct a machine test, and we will deliver the product only after there is no problem at all. If you encounter problems with machine or failure to produce the desired product during the production process, we will contact the engineer and guide you online. If online communication cannot solve the problem, our engineers will go to your local factory to adjust the machine for you.

Q: Can you deliver on time? What if I need the shipment very urgently?

A: Of course we can deliver on time. If you need these machines in a hurry, we can negotiate with the factory to advance your order.
