1.For small capacity,usually we configure single screw extruder to make pet chews,capacity is 100-150kg per hour.Which has water cooling system,can control barrel temperature,to make high quality pet chews.
2,For large capacity.usualy we configure high configuration sqare barrel twin screw extruder to make pet chews,capacity is 250-300kg per hour,Which use high quality combined screw.And wear resistant bushings can reduce the friction of screw and barrel.To make sure machine stable for a long time.
