Twin-screw extruder is a refined feed extruder developed based on years of experience in pet and aquatic feed processing equipment and combined with international twin-screw extrusion technology. The equipment is composed of feeding silo, feeder, conditioner and extruder. The mixed materials enter the feeding silo, and the materials in the feeding silo are uniformly and continuously fed into the two-axis differential conditioner through the feeder for conditioning. The bottom of the conditioner is equipped with a steam inlet, and the top of the conditioner is equipped with a liquid adding port, which can replenish necessary liquid into the conditioner. After being tempered in the conditioner for a period of time, the material enters the extrusion chamber through the feeding port, and then gradually matures or dissolves through screw conveying, compression, stirring, shearing and other functions; Under the action of pressure and temperature in the ripening area, the material will further ripen, and the fat, protein, starch, etc. will change, and finally be extruded from the mold mouth and cut into shape by the cutting system.

2. Screw and screw parts are made of special alloy with high strength and high wear resistance.
3. The screw rod adopts the principle of complete meshing model, three-dimensional design, and numerical control processing. It not only has high matching accuracy, strong interchangeability of components, but also has smooth surface and good self-cleaning.
4. The cavity is a modular structure, and the length of each cavity is 4D, which can be increased or decreased as required.
5. The heating and cooling medium flow inside the cavity is optimized to ensure that the temperature control is sensitive and the internal and external temperature difference is small.
6. The heating and cooling media of each chamber operate independently, and the temperature can be controlled independently.
7. The cavity sleeve lined with wear-resistant alloy material has long service life.
