pasta macaroni extruder machine mainly adopts wheat flour with water as raw material,to produce high-quality pasta and macaroni with perfect taste and various shapes.the macaroni pasta can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on.Our extruder has two types, single screw and square barrel extruder, which can produce different shapes with cutting machine.

Features of single screw type extruder
1. The extruder undergoes high temperature, high pressure, high shear, and extrusion. By changing the mold, the desired product can be produced. Adopt advanced frequency converter speed regulation technology to make the equipment run more smoothly and save electricity.
2. The screw is made of alloy steel and special technology, which has wear resistance and high pressure resistance; the screw life is longer.
3. Visual automatic temperature control system makes temperature control more intuitive and parameters more accurate; cooling water circulation system ensures product form.
The solenoid valve automatic temperature control system automatically controls the production temperature, prevents the product from puffing, and ensures the product shape.
