Description
Product Introduction
Modified starch is formed by changing the original physical or chemical properties of raw starch to varying degrees after being treated by certain methods. One is to adapt to the requirements of various industrial applications. For example: high-temperature technology (canning sterilization) requires starch to have good high-temperature viscosity stability, and frozen food requires starch to have good freeze-thaw stability. The second is to open up new uses of starch and expand the scope of application. Such as: starch used in textiles; highly cross-linked starch instead of talcum powder for surgical gloves.

Production Line Picture
The production line uses various grains such as rice, corn, etc. as raw materials. After extrusion, drying, crushing and mixing, a variety of modified starches can be produced at the same time. After the raw materials are evenly mixed in the powder mixer, they are transported by the screw conveyor to the extruder for heating and extruding. After the cooling conveyor cools down the product, the air conveyor blows the product into the dryer. In the dryer, the product loses some of its moisture and becomes dry. After comes out from the dryer, The product is blown by the air blower to the crushing unit for the final crushing step.
