The product does not come out of the extruder directly as a powder, but as lumps or balls. We need to dry it and then crush it into fine powder. The sieve of the pulverizer can choose different meshes to make nutritional powder of different fineness

The modified starch (pregelatinized starch) production line selects corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, etc. as the main raw materials according to different product requirements. The effect of starch denaturation, introducing new functional groups on starch molecules or changing the size of starch molecules and the properties of starch granules, thereby changing the natural characteristics of starch (such as: thermal viscosity and its stability, freeze-thaw stability, gel force, formation film, transparency, etc.), making it more suitable for certain application requirements. The special twin-screw extrusion system melts and gelatinizes the starch, extrudes it in flake/granule form, and then goes through the drying and crushing process to obtain the finished modified starch product. The whole production process is completed from feeding to finished product at one time, with a high degree of automation. The connection between the equipment is tight, and the dust is strictly controlled; the main material of the whole line can be selected from food-grade stainless steel or general steel according to different application scenarios, and special parts such as extruder screws, cutters and other accessories are processed and produced by high-strength special steel that is harmless to the human body ;This production line has high degree of automation, stable product quality, continuous production (can meet continuous production for no less than 72 hours), no waste, and low energy consumption; the modified starch products produced have a wide range of applications, and are often used in the construction industry, coal processing , oil drilling, printing and dyeing, food and pharmaceutical industries, etc.
