Double Screw Extruder serves to gelatinize flours andstarches continuously and automatically. After dosing, the materials are worked by two co-rotating screws composed by sectional modules for the following functions: forward and backward transport, mixing, feeding of additives, injection of liquids, de-gassing, cooking and forming.

After the processes of extruding, cooking and shaping, the materials can be made to reinforced rice, golden rice, buckwheat rice, Purple potato rice etc.

 

 

Our engineers can design the production line layout according to the actual situation of the customer's factory. If the space is large enough, the production line can be directly arranged in a straight line. If the space is limited, it can also be placed in L or U shape
