You can produce artificial rice, instant rice, nutritional rice by this production line which is very convinient. Q: Where is your factory? How can I visit your factory?

A: Our factory located in Wanda Industrial Park, Changqing Area, Jinan City, Shandong Province. If you plan to visit our factory, just tell us your time schedual, our colleague will pick you up at the airport and drive you to our factory.

Q: Do you provide formula?

A: Yes. We will provide you the detailed formula for free after we start the order. As well as the ratios of ingredients such as salt, oil, attractant will be provided.

Q: How can I trust your company for the first time business?

A: You can visit our factory to test machine, or let the third-part to test the machine for you. We won’t exist for more than ten years if we have a poor quality.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock. If you are in a hurry, we can negotiate with the factory to advance your order.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shippment after inspection.
