Our production line is suitable for industrial rice, golden rice, kudzu rice, konjac rice, mixed grain rice, and instant rice.

 

 

1. Mixer: Add a specific amount of water to the rice flour, whether plain or mixed with additives, and mix thoroughly.

2. Feeder: A screw conveyor drives a motor, transferring the mixed raw material to the feeding hopper of the extruder for quick and easy feeding.

3. Extruder: Includes a dedicated control cabinet. Under high pressure, the rice grains are extruded, and different shapes can be produced by changing the die.

4. Vibrating Screen: The extruded particles, at the appropriate temperature and viscosity, are distributed by a vibrating screen to prevent clumping.

5. Air Blower: The product is conveyed to the oven. The height of the air blower is adjusted according to the oven size. Multi-layer ovens are typically electric, and the temperature can be set from the control cabinet between 0 and 200°C. The interior is a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed, which reduces the moisture content of the grains and increases their shelf life.

6. Cooling Conveyor Belt The baked granules maintain a specific temperature, and the quality of the packaging is ensured by cooling them to room temperature.
