1. Flour mixing machine: Mix corn flour, flour, rice flour and other raw materials with additives and a certain amount of water to fully mix them evenly.
2. Feeding machine: transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder.
3. Extruder: Raw materials enter the extrusion system from the feeding hopper, and produce products under high temperature and high pressure environment (various products can be configured differently according to different products).
4. Screening machine: Vibration avoids particles from sticking together.
5. Air blower: Use the wind power of the fan to transport the raw materials to the oven, and configure different fans according to different products.
6. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed

A: If you have friends in China, you can ask them to visit the factory and inspect the machines for you. Or you can consider an inspection agency like SGS

Q: How long can I receive the machine?

A: The production cycle of our machine is generally 30-35 working days, as long as the machine is produced and we receive the final payment, we will arrange the transportation immediately. We will check with the freight forwarder about the transportation time.
