1. Flour Mixing Machine: Grind broken rice or rice flour into powder, and add various trace elements to be added and stir evenly.
2. Spiral feeding machine: The raw materials that have been prepared and stirred are conveyed into the feeding hopper of the extruder through a spiral to reduce waste.
3. Twin-screw extruder: Through the screw, under high temperature and high pressure, the tissue structure in the raw material is broken and fully expanded to produce rice-shaped nutritious rice through the mold, and products of different shapes can be obtained by changing the mold.
4. Vibrating sieve: The nutritious rice granules that have just been extruded and rotary-cut by the extruder have a certain temperature and viscosity, and the sticky granules can be spread evenly through the vibrating sieve.
5. Air conveyor: convey artificial rice grains to the oven, and the height of the hoist is determined according to the oven.
6. Multi-layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens, the temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet, the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed, the moisture of the particles is subtracted, and the shelf life is increased;
7. Cooling conveyor: The dried granules have a certain temperature, and the temperature can be reached through cooling to ensure the packaging quality.

Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment after inspection.
