The production of puffed food is mostly made of various grains such as corn, wheat, rice, etc., and a certain proportion of seasonings and edible oil are added.

1.  Mixer: choose different types of flour mixer according to the output of the production line. There are three main models for you to choose: DSE65, DSE70, DSE85
2. Feeding machine: The motor is used as the driving force for spiral conveying to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
3. Extruder: Different types of DSE extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 100kg/h to 500kh. Corn flour, rice flour, flour, and grain flour can be used as raw materials.
4. Air blower: Use the wind power of the fan to transport the raw materials to the oven, and configure different fans according to different products.
5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The inside is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are three, five, and seven layers of stainless steel. oven:
6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal cylinder, cylinder, single-drum lifting, double-drum seasoning line, configured according to output and product properties, and oil spraying, sugar spraying and coating equipment.
