A: Of course! Our factory covers an area of nearly 5000 square meters. Welcome!
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock. If you are in a hurry, we can negotiate with the factory to advance your order.
Q: how do you pack the machine?
A: The inner packaging is plastic film, and the outer packaging is wooden box or plywood box (according to customer needs). If the machine happens to fit in the shipping container, then it can be packed with just plastic film.
Q: What’s your industry voltage?
A: Our industry voltage is three phase 380v 50hz. We can customize it according customer’s local indusry voltage (450v, 220v and so on).
