Firstly, we need a mixer to mix all materials together,then use a screw conveyor to transport these materials into the extruder. Second, the materials are heated and extruder in a high pressure and high tempreture invironment, when it conmes our from the extruder, there follows a cutting machine. Third, we use a cutting machine to cut a whole very long rice straw to the right length. After the cooling conveyor has cooled the product, we use a high elevator to transport the product to the dryer. Finally, we use a dryer to dry the rice straws. In order to prevent the straws from drying out, we use a low-temperature dryer.
