How To Choose The Packaging Machine in The Pet Feed Production Line?

The output of pet feed production line ranges from hundreds of kilograms to more than ten tons, and the range is very large. Different customers will have different requirements for what kind of packaging machine is equipped in the production line. We can choose the following packaging machines in the production line:
1. Vertical packaging machine
(1) This series of models integrates bag making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting;

(3) Empty bag tracking and detection device, realizing no opening, no dropping and no sealing.

3. Large packaging machine
(1) Working mode: manual bagging, automatic bagging after touching the travel switch, automatic bagging of weighed materials, automatic bagging.
(2) The scale body can be installed directly on the floor or on the steel structure platform
(3) There are two operation modes: manual and automatic. The normal operation mode is automatic. Manual is used for equipment commissioning, calibration and maintenance.
(4) The quantitative value can be set through the instrument keyboard within the quantitative range. The packaging weight value can be arbitrarily set within the range of 10~200% of the rated packaging weight.
