Pre-gelatinized starch is a method of producing pre-gelatinized starch by using a screw extrusion extruder according to the principle of extrusion expansion. Add the pre-adjusted wet starch with a water content of 15-20% into the extrusion extruder, and the starch It is gelatinized by friction and extrusion of the screw shaft, and then extruded through small holes with a diameter of 1-10 mm under high pressure. Once it enters the atmosphere, the material will expand and dry instantly, and then it will be crushed and screened to obtain pregelatinized starch.
