Function of Pasta Extruder for pasta equipment The pasta extruder is the core host of full-set pasta equipment. It evenly kneads the mixed flour raw materials under high temperature and high pressure, squeezes dough through different molds to form uniform pasta blanks in shell, spiral, round tube, square tube and other shapes. With stable twin-screw or square barrel extrusion structure, it ensures consistent product texture, smooth surface and good chewiness, realizing continuous and large-scale molding of macaroni and pasta products.

Dryer

The pasta dryer is an essential supporting device of complete pasta equipment. It is specially used for dehumidifying and drying freshly extruded pasta and macaroni blanks. Adopting uniform hot air circulation drying technology, it effectively removes excess moisture from finished pasta, stabilizes product shaping, avoids deformation, mildew and adhesion. The equipment features constant-temperature drying, which perfectly retains the chewy texture and natural color of pasta. It greatly extends the shelf life of products and realizes continuous, efficient and standardized drying production for the whole pasta equipment production line.

1. What details should be paid attention to during the daily cleaning of a pasta extruder?

Daily cleaning of a pasta extruder machine requires prioritizing safety precautions. Power off the machine, shut it down, and close auxiliary pipeline valves. Only operate the machine after all moving parts have come to a complete stop to avoid mechanical injury or leakage risks. When cleaning critical components, use a dedicated soft-bristled brush and plastic scraper to remove residual dough from the screw, barrel, and die. Never use steel wool or other hard objects to scrape or use strong acid or alkali cleaners. Stubborn clumps can be soaked in warm water before treatment. Each die orifice must be cleared individually. Avoid rinsing with boiling water to prevent component deformation or aging of seals, ensuring the food-grade stainless steel is not damaged.

When cleaning the machine body and auxiliary parts, wipe the surface, conveyor belt, and receiving trough with a wrung-out damp cloth. Avoid letting water flow into the motor, electrical control cabinet, etc. Use cotton swabs to clean debris from equipment crevices and corners. After cleaning, dry the parts, apply a thin layer of food-grade anti-rust oil, and return them to the dedicated toolbox. Check for any remaining debris before closing the machine cover. Simultaneously, promptly remove waste materials and keep the area around the equipment clean to prevent secondary dust accumulation, ensuring food hygiene and reducing equipment wear.
