This automated rice flour production line processes raw materials such as rice, corn, wheat, buckwheat, legumes, and other grains. It performs every stage of the manufacturing process-including weighing, mixing, extrusion, drying, dust-free milling, final weighing, and packaging-entirely automatically. Compared to traditional manual roasting methods, this system enables the processing of larger volumes of raw materials, yields higher output, ensures consistent product quality, facilitates a clean and eco-friendly production environment, and allows for a meticulously controlled manufacturing process. This production line is suitable for the manufacture of various grain flours. Furthermore, by incorporating nutrients and other ingredients into solid beverages-such as "Five-Grain Blends," "Wheat Flour Mixes," "Red Bean Soups," and "Mung Bean Soups"-it is possible to produce health-enhancing powders, including "Jujube and Lotus Seed Soups," "Black Sesame Soups," and "Meal Replacement Powders."
