Raw materials can be corn, rice, millet, sesame, buckwheat, highland barley and other grains

Process flow:
1. Crushing of raw materials: Finely pulverize the raw materials of various nutritional rice noodles such as rice and corn.
2. Stirring of raw materials: deeply stir all kinds of crushed raw materials and adjust the humidity.
3. Twin-screw extrusion and expansion: Through the twin-screw extruder, the extrusion process of high temperature and high pressure is carried out to mature and expand the raw materials into granules.
4. Conventional cooling: cool down the pellets coming out of the extruder.
5. Drying process: Microwave technology is used for bactericidal drying.
6. Deep cooling: cool the dried particles to normal temperature.
7. Superfine pulverization: the final fine pulverization of the cooled particles.
8. Automatic packaging: automatic packaging process.
