Raw Materials

Fish feed is generally prepared by mixing ingredients such as rice bran, bran, bean cake, fish meal, barley, yeast powder, straw powder, corn meal, sweet potato vine powder, green feed, etc. It is necessary to prepare fish feed with different tastes according to different fish species. Common fish feed formula: bran, fish meal, bean cake, barley, green fodder. The main raw materials of fish feed are imported fishmeal, soybean grains, crude fiber, vitamins, corn and so on.

Machine Details

1. All machines are made of stainless steel.
2. The drying box adopts circulation drying technology. The structure of the drying box adopts American technology, and the circulation hot air circulation system has high thermal efficiency utilization rate, uniform drying and good airtightness.
3. It takes 30-40 minutes for the feed to dry in the drying box, and the feed is about 10kg per square meter. Every 100kg of raw material drying requires a drying area of 10 m3. Every 100kg of raw material needs to be dehydrated by 12-15kg. Drying oven drying temperature: 85-90°C.
4. By changing the production formula, the popular sinking and floating fish feed, shrimp and crab feed can be produced in the market.
