1. Typical raw materials used in fish feed processing include grain meal, meat meal, bone meal, fresh meat and minerals and vitamins, etc.

2. After the dry material enters the pre-conditioner, it is precured with steam. Ensure proper mixing of steam, moisture and ingredients by adjusting the angle of the paddles.

3. The partially cooked raw material is then fed into the twin-screw extruder barrel. High temperature, high pressure and high shear to achieve optimal starch gelatinization without compromising food quality.

4. The pellets are extruded through the extruder die. They are then placed in a dryer, which reduces moisture (usually between 8% and 10%) and seasons the product before cooling and packaging.
