Then it is sent to the pulverizer for grinding, and the raw materials are stirred evenly into fine powder by the mixing system. After mixing, the conveying equipment directly loosens the soil and the double-screw conveyor enters the preheater for preheating treatment; then, the particles pass through the extruder for high-temperature rapid expansion. The extruder adopts high temperature and high pressure to expand, and under the action of thermal energy and mechanical energy, the particles are expanded by 3-5 times. Subsequently, a dryer dries the extruded feed to remove excess moisture and increase feed stability. Finally, oiling is carried out by oil spraying device, and then packed by a packing machine.
