Feed Fish Processing Machines

Most customers will choose to make floating fish feed. But we can also do sinking fish feed or slow sinking fish feed. Both floating fish feed and sinking fish feed can be achieved by changing the formula. However, slow-sinking feed needs to add a density meter, which is generally more cost-effective for large-scale production lines.

If you have some grain pellets as raw materails, you need a milling machine to grind all materials into powder first, and then mix them very evenly.

This is the flow chart of small production fish feed production line. If the mixer used is very tall, it is best to use a screw conveyor to transport the raw materials into the mixer first. After the raw materials are mixed evenly, a screw conveyor is used to transport the mixed raw materials to the extruder. The raw materials are ripened in an extruder under high temperature and high pressure, cut into shapes, and then blown to an dryer by an air conveyor for drying. After the fish feed pellets are dried, they can be transported by a medium elevator to the single drum for oil spraying. After the oil spraying, they can be cooled by a cooling conveyor.

Mixer → Screw conveyor → Extruder → Air conveyor → Dryer → Flavoring → Cooling → Packing

1. It can be equipped with single-axis, double-axis or three-axis pretreatment machine, which can increase the output while increasing the protein content to more than 30%.

2. The screw material is Cr12MoV, which has a longer service life, which can be used for at least 2 years. The screw is a combination screw, and the screw combination can be changed arbitrarily according to the customer's formula, and the application range is wider.

3. The barrel is made of #45 material and equipped with an integral wear-resistant bush. The hardness of the shaft sleeve is HRC58-62, and only the bushing can be replaced when the wear is serious. Machine life is longer and replacement costs are low.

4. The built-in filter and condenser are easy to remove oil impurities, and the bearings and gears are protected by external water cooling, which effectively prolongs the life of the machine.

5. Reinforced gearbox, made of QT400, aging treatment, good stability.

6. Both barrel and modulator are heated by steam, with high thermal efficiency. And each heating zone of the barrel has an independent temperature control meter to display the temperature, which is convenient for segmental temperature control and ensures product quality.

7. The cantilever type rotary cutting system is easy to adjust, fast and accurate, and high in efficiency.
