Artificial rice production adopts twin-screw extrusion technology, which is composed of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system and control system. Using screw extrusion technology, the material is matured and extruded by high temperature and high pressure, which is completed at one time.
1. Raw material processing: through the crushing system, the granular raw materials are processed to a certain fineness
2. Flour Mixing Machine: Mix the rice flour alone or with some additives, add a certain amount of water and stir well. the
3. Feeding machine: The motor is used as the driving force for spiral conveying, and the mixed raw materials are conveyed to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding. the
4. Extruder: Extrude rice grains under high pressure environment, adjust the process and replace the mold to produce rice grains of different shapes.
5. Vibrating sieve: The extruded particles contain a little temperature and viscosity, and the particles are spread out through the vibrating sieve to avoid sticking together. the
6. Air conveyor: transport the product to the oven, and the height of the hoist is determined according to the oven. the
7. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, the temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees, the interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag, the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed, minus the particle moisture, and increase the shelf life;
8. Cooling conveyor: The dried granules contain a certain temperature, and the packaging quality is guaranteed by cooling to room temperature.
