1. Mixing machine: choose different types of mixing machines according to the output of the production line.
2. Feeding machine: The motor is used as the driving force for spiral conveying to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
3. Extruder: Different types of twin-screw extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 100kg/h to 500kg/h. Corn flour, rice flour, flour, and grain flour can be used as raw materials.
4. Hoist: The rice crackers are transported to the oven, and the height of the hoist is determined according to the oven.
5. Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The inside is a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are three layers, five layers, and seven layers. Stainless steel oven.
6. Flavoring line: There are octagonal barrel and double-drum flavoring lines, which are configured according to the output and product properties, and there are also oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.
