To help you quickly launch products and verify equipment performance, we offer free formula support and pre-sales test production services:

Formula provision: Provide 10+ mature and market-proven dog food formulas (covering puppy food, adult dog food, prescription food, etc.), including detailed raw material ratios, nutrient content indicators, and process parameter requirements. We can also adjust formulas according to your target market positioning (e.g., high-protein, grain-free, low-fat) and local raw material supply conditions.

Pre-sales testing: Use your designated raw materials or our standard raw materials to conduct small-batch test production on the same model of equipment. Provide test reports including product moisture content, pellet hardness, oil content, and palatability evaluation, allowing you to visually confirm the equipment's production capacity and product quality before purchase.

3. Pre-Delivery Equipment Testing & Quality Assurance

Before shipment, each production line undergoes strict multi-level testing to ensure trouble-free operation upon arrival:

Full-system test run: Conduct a 72-hour continuous test run on the entire production line with simulated production materials, verifying the performance of each equipment (extruder, dryer, spraying system, etc.), parameter stability, and product consistency.

Quality inspection: Inspect key components (motors, PLC controllers, screws) for quality and wear, test safety devices (emergency stop buttons, overload protection), and check the integrity of accessories and spare parts.
