3d Pellet Snacks Production Line

Main raw materials are wheat flour, corn flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch and so on. We will provide detailed formula after we confirm this order. Customers can also change the proportions of various raw materials based on the formulas we provide to create new products.

Different shapes will have different production processes. Some shapes require a cutting machine, and some shapes do not require a cutting machine. The cutting machine selected for products that require a cutting machine may also be different. Customers only need to send us sample pictures of what they want to do, and we can configure a suitable production line for the customer.

Non-fried production line:

Mixer - Screw conveyor - Extruder - Piercing machine - Cutting machine - Mid hoister - Drum screen - High hoister - Dryer

Fried production line:

Mixer - Screw conveyor - Extruder - Piercing machine - Cutting machine - vibration screen - Dryer - Fried machine - Mid hoister - Single flavoring drum

We have two different production lines for our customers to choose from. One is unfried and one is fully fried. Which production line to choose depends on the final product the customer wants to make

After confirming the output, we can send the corresponding production line video to customers for reference to help customers better understand our production line.
