Different styles can be achieved by changing the shape of the mould. Patterns and cutouts on the final product can also be done with embossing and piercing machine

 

Non-fried production line:

Mixer - Screw conveyor - Extruder - Piercing machine - Cutting machine - Mid hoister - Drum screen - High hoister - Dryer

The 2d3d food that is not completely fried can be packaged after being dried in the dryer. The final product can be bought by the customer and fried by themselves.

Fried production line:

Mixer - Screw conveyor - Extruder - Piercing machine - Cutting machine - vibration screen - Dryer - Fried machine - Mid hoister - Single flavoring drum

The fully fried products can be eaten directly by customers, but the shelf life may be shorter than that of incompletely fried products. Customers can choose the production line according to their needs
