Product Introduction
Our pet food production line machines are based on the production process of powdered compound feed, taking into account both raw material puffing and product puffing.
(1) Raw material puffing: The raw material enters the puffing machine after being cleaned and pulverized. After puffing, those that need to be cut are cut by the cutting machine and then enter the dryer. Measure and pack.
(2) Product puffing: After mixing the powdery product, it can directly enter the process of puffing, cutting, drying, etc., but the puffed fish and shrimp and other aquatic materials need to be finely pulverized before puffing and other processes. If the dried material needs to be sprayed with liquid (referring to oil and water-soluble vitamins), it should be sprayed with liquid first, and then cooled, crushed, sieved and measured for packaging.
