Premixer
Because high-oil raw materials such as fish meal and meat meal are prone to screen blockage and equipment jamming if directly fed into the crushing process, they must first be fully mixed with grain raw materials through a premixer to balance the overall oil content of the materials before crushing. This protects the crushing equipment, avoids malfunctions, and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the production line.
Hammer mill
It can perform fine grinding operations on various dog food raw materials, accurately control the particle size of the raw materials to achieve a uniform standard, perfectly adapt to the stringent production requirements of subsequent core processes such as mixing and extrusion, lay the foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent processes, and ensure the processing quality and production efficiency of the finished dog food.
Paddle mixer
The paddle mixer uses high-speed rotating paddles to create a powerful mixing flow, allowing various main ingredients in dog food processing to fully collide and blend, precisely ensuring that the overall composition of the base ingredients is uniform and without deviation. This provides homogenized, high-quality main ingredients for the subsequent extrusion process, laying a solid foundation for the quality of the finished product and the stability of the process.
Steam-heated twin-screw extruder
Through the extrusion, shearing, and continuous conveying action of the twin screw, combined with the high-temperature and high-pressure environment created by steam heating, the dog food raw materials are fully cooked, effectively improving the palatability and digestibility of the raw materials. At the same time, relying on customized molds, the cooked raw materials are precisely extruded into the preset dog food shape to meet diverse product specification requirements.
Steam oven
The extruded dog food pellets undergo a secondary maturation and high-temperature drying and shaping process to further improve the maturation and palatability of the raw materials. At the same time, it quickly removes excess moisture from the pellets and solidifies the preset shape, making the dog food pellets more compact and uniform in appearance, thus ensuring the shape stability and storage quality of the finished product.
Vacuum spraying system
Under negative pressure vacuum environment, the dried and shaped dog food pellets are precisely sprayed with oils, liquid palatability enhancers, flavorings and fat-soluble vitamins, etc., so that the various additives adhere tightly to the surface of the pellets and fully penetrate.
