Introduction

Sinking Fish Feed Making Machine serves to gelatinize flours and starches continuously and automatically. After dosing, the materials are worked by two co-rotating screws composed of sectional modules for the following functions: transport, mixing, de-gassing, cooking and forming.

tips when operating fish feed extruder

（1）Pay more attention to safety. Stav away from the tee in et when the machine runs, For adding raw materials operators should use a stick rather than a hand.
（2）The raw materials should be added before the machine runs When blocking, please turn down the extruder instantly.
（3）Remember to check the degree of tightness elasticity of the belt, avoiding capacity decrease caused by the belt slipping
（4）Reqularly change the lubricating oil for the machine.
