Introduction

A floating fish feed pellet machine can be used to produce floating fish feed and sinking fish feed. Can make carp, catfish, shrimp, and other aquatic feed. The produced fish feed pellets can float on the water surface for more than 24 hours. The particle diameter is 0.1-20mm and so on.

The twin-screw extruder is mainly used to make various types of floating and sinking fish feed. The mixed raw materials are smoothly conveyed to the screw inside the extruder barrel by the twin-screw, and then extruded and matured by high temperature and high pressure. During this process, the temperature of the raw material in the screw can reach more than 100°C. When the mature raw material is extruded through the extruder die, the fish feed will suddenly cool down to room temperature, and the shape and size will be larger than the extruder die. The extruded fish feed is light in weight and the pellets can float on the water's surface.
