The screws are crafted from Cr12MoV alloy; their modular, interchangeable design adapts flexibly to diverse customer formulas while extending service life.

The equipment's barrel is made of high-grade #45 steel and fitted with an integrated wear-resistant bushing (HRC58-62 hardness), ensuring long-term durability and low replacement costs. Equipped with filters and condensers, it efficiently removes oil impurities, and external water cooling safeguards bearings and gears. Its reinforced QT400 gearbox undergoes aging treatment for exceptional operational stability. Steam heating delivers high thermal efficiency, with independent temperature controllers for each section enabling precise segmented temperature regulation. The cantilever rotary cutting system allows quick, accurate adjustments, further enhancing production efficiency.
