This series of single-screw extruder consists of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system and control system, and is mainly used for processing rice straws. The barrel of the extruder is designed with a circulating cooling system to ensure the temperature balance of the raw materials during extrusion. According to different raw materials and output, choose single or twin-screw feeding system, feeding uniform, stable and reliable. The screw is processed by special technology, which is wear-resistant, anti-fatigue and has a long service life. Different screw length-to-diameter ratio structures meet different process requirements.

 

Customers can add nutrients or vitamins to raw materials according to their own requirements or market trends. Food coloring of different colors can also be added to make the final product present different colors and attract different customer groups

 

 

After paying the deposit, customers can send us the layout of their factory or workshop, and our engineers will design the production line according to the actual situation of the site. In addition to being placed in a straight line, our production line can also be placed in L-shape and U-shape
