Puffed Snack Processing Line

Puffed Snack Processing Line is used for making various of puff snacks, with corn and rice as the raw material (the processing of different materials are separately under different moulds). The main machine of this line is DSE Twin Screw extruding machine, the puffs produced from above machine is the semi-finished products. After the final processes of shaping and seasoning, the products become extremely even and crispy. The whole processing is without any frying. We only use a dryer to get ride of the moisture. This production line is a good quality corn puffed extruder snack machine.

Different model with different capacity. Customers can choose based on their needs. If customers can't decide which capacity they need, our sales man can also recommend machinery according to customer's budget. If you haven't had a budget, you can start from our smallest capacity: 100-150kg/h.

1. Our extruder equipped with lubricating oil cooling system. It can prevent the machine from high tempreture, ensuring longer service life

2. Automatic solenoid valve controls the water cooling system. Effectively ensure the stability of the temperature of the barrel, so that the ripening degree of the final product is more uniform, the product effect is better, and the quality is higher.

3. High-strength gearbox, good stability.

4. Automatic temperature control. As long as the heating reaches the set temperature or exceeds the set temperature, the machine will automatically stop heating.

5. Using combined screw, by adjusting the combination mode and angle, it can adapt to more diverse production formulas.
