This production line is designed to make non-fried puffed snack food, use This production line can make different shapes and sizes of non-fried snacks, and changing the mold on the extruder can make a different shape. The cutter can adjust the length to be cut. This production adopts a double screw extruder, which has two pressing augers inside the pressing sleeve, so that can make sure high-quality puffed snack food. All the machines in the production line are made of stainless steel so that to make sure the finished snacks are food-grade.

Flow Chart

1. Mixing part: Use a mixer to mix powdered or liquid raw material with water. This mixer is made of stainless steel which is food grade with high mixing efficiency and uniformity.

2. Conveying part: Using a screw conveyor sends the mixed raw material to a double screw extruder. Using a screw conveyor conveying powdered material can avoid dust flying during conveying.

3. Extruding part: use a double screw extruder to extrude puffed snacks. The machine is a double-pressing screw design, which has high extruding pressure. The extruding sleeve is equipped with heating coils to puff the raw material into snacks. Change mold can make different finished puffed snacks.

4. Conveying part: Send snacks from extruder to dryer

5. Drying part: tunnel dryer to dry the snacks, drying temperature adjustable from electric panel

6. Conveying part: Use a skirt conveyor to send snacks to the flavoring part. The belt is food grade.

7. Flavoring part: The liquid sprayer can spray liquid flavors on snacks, and the powder sprayer can spray powdered flavors on snacks. On the flavoring machine, the front part is used for liquid spraying, the second half is used for powdered flavor spraying.

8. Cooling part: The cooling part is a cooling conveyor, This conveyor can move snacks from the flavoring machine at the same time cooling snacks by an air fan.
