All raw materials must be in powder form before entering the extruder. If your raw material is grain pellets, then you need a grinder. After all the raw materials are crushed into powder, they are mixed evenly by the mixer, and then the raw materials are transported by the screw conveyor to the extruder for heating and cutting. Some shapes require a separate cutting machine to cut out. The trommel screen will screen out the incomplete product. After screening, the products enter the fryer for frying, then are deoiled, seasoned, cooled, and packaged.
