Doritos Tortilla Corn Chips Process Line uses the new technology to replace the traditional production by double screw extrusion type. The Doritos chips-making machine line includes raw material mixing, Extruding, Forming, Frying, De-oiling, Flavoring and Packing. For this Doritos product line, we can get different final chip shapes by changing the roller shape on the forming machine, such as triangles Doritos, square corrugated chips, fish, strips, diamond chips, sticks, bugles, moon, hexagon chips, etc. Additionally, our process line can use a range of grain flour, including corn, wheat, rice, and buckwheat flour. By adding pea flour or bean flour, the line can also produce protein chips. Our tortilla chip machine line has a high capacity range of 100-500kg/hour, ensuring that you can meet the demands of your customers efficiently. The process is easy to operate and fully automatic, and we provide full training for installation and operation

working principle
The making of Doritos is a special extrusion process. The cornflour material is wetted with water in a flour mixer and conveyed into twin screw. Doritos is cooled down in a cooler to remove the water. The forming machine passes through different moulds to produce different Doritos. The Doritos are then fried or baked in a deep fryer or baking machine, the whole line work is automated and superbly automated.

1. Powder mixing machine: Different types of powder mixing machines can be selected according to the output of the production line.

3. Extruder: Different models of twin-screw extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. Different models of extruders have different outputs (multiple models are available).
4. Cutting machine: The specific shape, size, and length can be adjusted and selected according to customer requirements.
5. Fryer: It is divided into an electric fryer and a fuel (gas) fryer, which can be configured according to customer requirements. The oil dumper saves manpower and avoids waste.
6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal cylinder and single drum seasoning lines, which can be configured according to the output.

1. The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high strength, and wear-resting. And it has a good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing materials.
