Compared with spiral belt, paddle and other mixers, the optimized geometric structure and matching blade shape of single-shaft double-layer high-efficiency mixers reduce the mixing time to 1.5 minutes, and can maintain the mixing uniformity CV<5% at different mixing ratios. Compared with the previous spiral belt mixer and paddle mixer, which can mix ten times an hour, the mixing times have been doubled. The maintenance is very convenient. The worn blades can be removed and replaced at any time. This greatly reduces the maintenance cost of mixing fins.
2. Fast liquid addition, multiple head spray and liquid spraying system can be selected
The speed of mixing depends on the nature of the material and liquid to be mixed. The fast mixer is suitable for adding up to 5% of the liquid. The spray system is specially designed for the single shaft high-efficiency mixer to ensure the uniformity of mixing. For products with more liquid, multiple head spray can be selected. The electric heating system is configured according to the standard. The nozzle is easy to replace and clean, and the entire nozzle tube can swing downward. If several different liquids are to be added, multiple pipes must be connected. High-precision liquid quantitative adding system ensures the stability of mixed products.

Double-shaft paddle mixer:
