1. Mixer: Depending on the output of the production line, there are three main models and automatic batching systems for you to choose from.

2. Screw conveyor: The motor is used to power the screw conveyor to ensure convenient and fast feeding and reduce manual contact with secondary pollution.

3. Extruder: Different models of DSE extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 100kg/h to 3500kg/h. It mainly uses corn flour, grain flour, bone meal, meat meal, etc. as raw materials. Specific products Shape replaceable mold.

4. Elevator: Transport the feed to the oven. The height of the elevator is determined according to the oven. An air blower can also be used.

5. Multi-layer oven: Most ovens are electric ovens. The temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh belt. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. Five-layer and seven-layer stainless steel ovens;

6. Vibrating screen: Screen out excess corner debris. 7. Seasoning line: There are octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to the output and product properties.

Our dryers come in three types: oil ovens, gas ovens, and electric ovens.
1. Electric ovens have the lowest purchase cost, the highest power consumption, and are more environmentally friendly. Equipment suitable for small production volumes.
2. The purchase cost of a gas oven is a little higher than that of an electric oven, and it consumes less electricity. The heat dissipation area is smaller than that of a steam oven. If it is easier for customers to obtain gas energy than electricity, they can choose a gas oven
3. The power consumption of steam ovens is similar to that of oil and gas ovens, and the thermal efficiency and purchase cost are the highest. The heat sink area is the largest and the circulation fan efficiency is the highest, suitable for equipment with large output.
