Nutritional Rice Production Line

1. Raw materials are formed and extruded into rice-grain shapes using a twin-screw extruder, and subsequently dried until they reach a specified moisture content.

2. This extrusion technology enables the addition (fortification) of micronutrients to the rice, while simultaneously guaranteeing that these nutrients are permanently bound and retained within the interior of the rice grains.

3. The standard industrial power supply voltage in China is typically 3-phase 380V / 50Hz. However, should your facility's 3-phase power specifications differ from this standard, we are able to adjust and adapt the operating voltage of this machine to meet your specific requirements. Please note, however, that our system operates exclusively on a 3-phase power supply.

4. By utilizing specific forming dies, it is possible to produce rice grains in an extremely wide variety of shapes and variations. For your reference, we provide detailed technical drawings of these forming dies, along with corresponding product samples.
