1. Pre-design control of equipment
According to the actual situation and requirements of the customer's plant, power, location, etc., the technicians carry out scientific and reasonable design in combination with the equipment test situation.
2. Parts selection criteria
Parts suppliers strictly screen their products and choose high-quality and low-cost manufacturers in the same industry. On the premise of ensuring quality, reduce equipment manufacturing costs, and truly allow customers to purchase cost-effective equipment. For outsourcing parts of the same type, at least three suppliers are guaranteed, so as to truly achieve survival of the fittest.
3. Production control
After the sales department receives the order, it submits it to the technical department, and the technical department produces CAD drawings corresponding to the equipment according to the order details. The production department arranges relevant parts to purchase, produce and process according to the technical documents of CAD drawings.
4. The acceptance of equipment and spare parts has full-time quality control personnel to carry out batch sampling inspection of purchased and outsourced parts. Quality inspection is carried out for key and precise spare parts. For self-made parts, self-inspection, mutual inspection and general inspection must be carried out by the processing personnel, and all qualified parts can be put into use. After the finished equipment is installed, it will be checked and accepted by after-sales technicians. The on-site equipment can be loaded for on-site debugging after running for more than half an hour without any faults. Make sure that each piece of equipment meets the factory conditions, and issue an equipment certificate.

After the processes of extruding, cooking and shaping, the materials can be made to reinforced rice, golden rice, buckwheat rice, Purple potato rice etc.
